Title: Director Market Access Insights
Location: New York , New York (hybrid Monday -Thursday in office)
Salary: $180-200,000 + bonus

A leading Investment Management firm, specializing in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare is looking for a new Director of Market Access to join their expanding organization. If answering challenging questions and being an integral part of the insights team is motivating this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reimbursement strategies and programs in collaboration with global colleagues
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative market research projects to provide high quality, actionable business insights that support data-informed decisions on early programs
- Create comprehensive market access strategies
- Integrates primary and secondary market research along with insights from competitive intelligence across numerous projects, including (opportunity assessments, market landscape / patient journey, demand, competitive landscapes/ tracking)

Requirements:
- BA/BS in science or business required. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years experience in a commercial capability within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or life science or strategy consulting experience,
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful report to aid in solving complex business questions
