Ad agency in Chicago is seeking a hands-on Director of Customer Analytics to lead an analytics team and work with sales teams to support top multi-channel clients. Use your agency background in video and digital advertising analytics to drive revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities of the Director of Customer Analytics:
--Lead and grow a multi-office team of client facing marketing analytics professionals.
--Provide hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging.
--Partner with internal teams to deliver market insights, strategic recommendations and results to clients.
--Support the development of customer segmentation studies, predictive models and reports.
--Produce market analysis from very large datasets.
--Mentor team members in developing fact-based marketing and brand solutions.
Qualifications of the Director of Customer Analytics:
--Marketing analytics team leadership experience in an ad agency.
--Marketing analytics experience using SQL, Python, Pandas, MapReduce and Hadoop.
--Advanced degree in a quantitative field (computer science, statistics, predictive analytics, operations research or other).
--Ability to analyze, display and communicate marketing analysis.
--Analytical thinker and problem solver in a marketing analytics setting.
--Deep understanding of test/control methodologies and market campaign set up techniques.
--Expertise in brand direct marketing and media measurement.
--Dynamic communicator of marketing insights, strategies, and results.
--Ability to travel 20%
