A venture-backed AI company transforming the market research industry is seeking a Director of Participant Recruitment to build and scale the engine behind recruiting the real people that power next-generation AI audiences.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this founding role offers the opportunity to start as a hands-on leader and build the systems, processes, and team needed to support rapid growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale participant recruitment across B2B and consumer audiences, with an early focus on hard-to-reach professionals and executives.
• Develop acquisition strategies using LinkedIn, email, paid social, referrals, and partnerships.
• Own the participant funnel from outreach through onboarding and retention.
• Optimize messaging, incentives, quality, and conversion metrics.
• Implement scalable systems and processes.
• Hire and lead a growing recruitment team.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience recruiting participants, respondents, panelists, or audiences.
• Experience with both B2B and consumer recruitment.
• Success recruiting hard-to-reach professionals and executive audiences.
• Leadership experience managing recruiters or building teams.
• Expertise with modern recruitment channels including LinkedIn outreach, cold email, paid social, and referrals.
• Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of conversion metrics and recruitment economics.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Enthusiasm for AI and using technology to drive scale and efficiency.

Preferred Background

• Market research, insights, panel operations, or audience development experience.
• Experience building or scaling a recruitment function from the ground up.
• Familiarity with privacy, consent, and participant quality standards.
