Director of Artificial Intelligence Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Generative AI team. As the Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Director of Artificial Intelligence Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms for the company
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, test, and deploy AI solutions that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our credit rating process.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning research, and incorporate new techniques and methodologies into our analytical framework.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute the AI strategy for the organization.
- Build and develop an AI team, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Director of Artificial Intelligence Qualifications:

- Masters or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on generative models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
