Marketing consulting company in Chicago is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to work with marketing data to develop scalable analytic solutions. In this hands on quantitative role, you will develop and improve model development capabilities to drive new sales.

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing Analytics:

--Design data management, data integration, and other ETL workflows to feed applications
--Create stable, documented production code for data management (ETL), modeling, simulation, or optimization
--Develop and manage the entire API process
--Develop unit testing and integrated testing approaches to ensure quality
--Collaborate with information security and infrastructure teams to align on architecture and manage deployment

Requirements of the Director of Marketing Analytics:

--Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a business setting
--Business experience developing analytics software and working with large data sets
--Expertise using Python for data analysis. Familiarity with JavaScript and NoSQL
--Experience developing and implementing the ETL process
--Proficiency working in Linux environments for building and scripting applications
--Experience working within a marketing analytics team to measure market effectiveness, do forecasting and segmentations etc.
--Minimum bachelors degree in a quantitative field; master's degree preferred
--Experience mentoring and collaborating with other team members.
