A prestigious private equity firm located in lower Fairfield County is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director along with a few other teams. A qualified candidate will have worked in a financial services firm (in particular, private equity), and will have some light experience with looking over some of the accounting work (reconciliations). The company has multiple offices across the United States as well as having an international presence. The company houses 80 employees in their local office and they experience very little turn over. -All general administrative duties
-Booking travel for CFO (mostly domestic); they use a travel agency
-Scheduling meetings for CFO, along with intercompany meetings
-Expense reporting for CFO
-Double check cash balances, tax returns, etc.
-Database management in their CRM (proprietary)
-3+ years of related experience
-Experience working in Excel (familiar with v-lookups and pivot tables)
-High attention to detail
-Financial services experience a big plus
