In this role you will oversee HEOR strategies for the US and Canadian market. Conduct research design, clinical data analysis, evidence generation and partner with cross-functional teams to implement HEOR tasks. Option to manage.
Implement HEOR projects ranging from research, publication, dissemination to presentation.
Develop HEOR product strategies and contribute to clinical trials, data collection, and research design.
Manage HEOR consultants and vendors on project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as the Medical Team, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs.
Assist with HEOR manuscripts, submission reports and regulatory approval strategies.
Advanced Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology, Economics, or related discipline. PhD or Pharm D preferred.
7-10 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research within a pharma or healthcare organization.
Strong analytical skills, quantitative methodology and strategic guidance.
Experience with HEOR data and applying HEOR principles in decision-making.
Experience with regulatory issues, publications and medical writing.
Strong technical and project management skills.
