Location: Detroit, MI
Salary:$180-220,000 base

A human- driven research consultancy is looking for a new Head of Finance to lead their North American operations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Provide expert financial guidance to the Regional Managing Director and sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to optimize profitability and drive revenue growth.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for business growth and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of regional and team P&L's and key performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on financial performance.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree and/or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership position.

Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in global consulting agency finance preferred.
- Proven success in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to align regional metrics with global organizational strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
