Title: Head of Analytics & Insights
Location: NYC or LA
Compensation: $190-225k + bonus

A Global Business Strategy & Custom Research Agency is looking for a new Head of Analytics & Insights within their Global Media & Entertainment sector.

A background in statistical modeling is not a requirement for this role, we are mainly looking for strong leadership who feels comfortable deriving insights from data and understands the principles of data science and machine learning. You will be leading a team of modelers who will be able to do the heavy lifting.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the analytics and insights team
- Work closely with clients on custom analytics based approaches to their business issues
- Provide heavy consultation to clients at the C-Suite Level
- Lead the synthesis of data sources to develop impactful insights for clients
- Relationship management of cross functional staff

What makes you qualified:
- You have a deep understanding of data (first and third party)
- You are a highly creative storyteller and senior level strategist for your organization
- Minimum 10 years experience leading insights or strategy for your organization
- Strong understanding of principles of data science and Machine Learning
- Consumer based research background required
- You have 10 years working in Media, Tech or Entertainment industry
