Job Description

Title: Health Actuary - VBC Contracting
Location: Open to remote 
Salary: $150,000-$180,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced actuary with deep expertise in Value-Based Contracting and Network Pricing. This role partners with actuarial, finance, and contracting leaders to assess contracted rate changes and their impact on unit cost trends across multiple markets. Ideal candidates will bring strategic insight into network design and cost management.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years actuarial experience with a carrier or consulting firm 
  • Strong understanding of unit cost drivers
  • Expertise in provider contracting & network strategy
  • Experience with value-based payment models
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with actuarial, finance, and contracting teams
  • ASA or FSA required
