Title: Insights Director
Location: New York, New York (hybrid - in office 3 days)
Compensation: $110-140k + bonus

We are looking for strong primary, custom researchers to join a boutique insights and strategy firm located in NYC.

We'd love to talk to you if you:
- Are located in NYC and are motivated by a hybrid working environment
- Want to work on a variety of custom research projects (issue & policy + corporate brand & others)
- Are interested in working in a stable, successful and dynamic organization

What you'll be doing:
- Lead full project lifecycle, from proposal through to presentation of insights
- Assess client needs and design/execute quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Develop impactful stories based on primary research
- Lead and mentor junior level staff
- Build client relationships

What makes you qualified:
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience within custom, primary research
- You are interested in a quali-quant research environment
- You can commute to the office 3 days a week (hybrid capacity)
- You have hands on experience designing and executing a variety of research methods
