Job Description

Title: Life Actuary - Valuation
Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 + 25% Bonus
Location: Remote

Actuarial Summary:
As a credentialed Valuation Life Actuary, your role involves spearheading actuarial analyses, coordinating efforts, and championing recommendations to implement necessary changes in response to regulatory and management reporting needs.

Actuarial Role & Qualifications:
-Spearheads the initiation, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of pertinent revisions in actuarial methodologies and assumptions, particularly in high-impact financial domains.
-Demonstrates independent expertise in devising and executing tailored solutions to actuarial challenges.
-A minimum of five years of experience in actuarial roles.
-Proficiency in actuarial software, SQL, and Python for modeling purposes.
-Familiarity with the reporting bases of IFRS17 (preferred)
-FSA strongly desired
