The Manager Analytics Consulting will manage a team of analysts and execute full cycle client engagements such as score validations, risk analysis, model development/usage, product development and more. The Manager, Analytical Consulting mentor/manage a highperforming team to design analysis for complex concepts and recommend analytical options by making independent analytical decisions and presenting to senior management. The role will work cross functionally and interface with many different departments including Finance, operations, sales, marketing etc in order to drive revenue growth. The Manager will also be expected to produce implementations plans and take part in periodic audits to support model implementation. Expert level knowledge of credit bureau data and FCRA regulations and guidelines are REQUIRED!

Requirements for Analytical Consultant Include:
- Master's Degree or more in a Quantitative Discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, etc)
- Ten (10) or more years of professional based experience in the financial industry with risk analysis, statistical modeling, and data analysis
- Proven experience in managing teams of direct reports, complex analytical projects, and setting decision strategies.
- Deep knowledge with analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, Tableau
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to an otherwise non-technical audience
- Excellent knowledge of FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) guidelines and regulations
- Ability to travel up to 40%
