Title- Manager, Commercial Data Management-PHARMA/Healthcare
Location- Central NJ (hybrid)

My client, a GLOBAL Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking a "Manager, Master Data Management" Professional.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the all the data that supports the patient. You will be the person overseeing the Patient Level Data- data governance for all teams within the company. You will act as a COE

Responsibilities
*Develops and executes business rules for the Patient Data Management group.
*Manage data quality and drives resolution on data across the enterprise.
*Oversee patient level data both PHI and PII.
*Develop Data Governance for both operational and analytical needs
*Develop match logic to link patient level data from various internal and external data sources (CRM, pharmacy, Hubs, etc.) with Provider & Payer for use by analytics teams

Requirements

* BA degree and 6 years of Pharma Commercial experience
*Strong understanding of the legal/regulatory requirements related to managing sensitive patient level data (i.e. HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
*Oversee the management of commercial data in a pharmaceutical manufacturer
*Understand patient data needs and requirements for all aspects of the patient journey
*Extensive knowledge with patient data and customer support services (Hub, Patient CRM etc..,)
*Strong vendor management skills
