Chicago agency focused on CRM analytics is seeking a Manager, Customer Analytics be a hands-on team leader with a focus on developing analytically driven solutions to their clients' most challenging marketing initiatives. You will use your considerable experience manipulating and analyzing customer data to provide customer insights and marketing recommendations. Manage a small team and provide data mining research and analysis to target and retain customers.

NOTE: candidates must have marketing analytics experience in a business setting.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Customer Analytics:
--Measure the impact of online and offline marketing campaign effectiveness.
--Communicate results of campaign efforts in creative reports and visualizations.
--Develop test/control marketing plans designed to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
--Provide insights and recommendations leading to improved multichannel target marketing.
--Lead a team of high performing market analysts.

Qualifications of the Manager, Customer Analytics:
--Minimum of 5 years of customer analytics experience in a marketing analytics setting.
--Team leadership experience in a marketing analytics setting.
--Marketing experience (post-academia) performing campaign and CRM analytics using customer data.
--Predictive modeling experience to improve customer acquisition and retention testing.
--SQL, SAS/R, Tableau and Adobe Marketing Cloud expertise in a marketing analytics setting.
--Bachelor's/master's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, business analytics or other).
--Solid communication skills.
