My client, a Global Bio/Pharma Company, is seeking a "Manager, Payer/Reimbursement Analytics" Professional!

This role is specifically responsible for providing insights impacting payer/reimbursement strategies through secondary data analytics and data integration.
You will collaborate and present analytics to various internal stakeholders.

:*Execute analytics plan to support payer insights from various payer datasets based on detailed understanding of related datasets i.e Patient level claims data; Payer claims data; Formulary coverage; Specialty Pharmacy Data
*Provide regular reports linked to key business indicators to inform forecast assumptions and other performance expectations
*Demonstrate a deep understanding of payer/brand data sets and provides appropriate data caveats and business rules
*Work with data management team to ensure to enable and maintain data integration to facilitate specific analytic needs; be able to use relevant tools to generate analytic datasets I.e using SAS/SQL/Spotfire to create analytical datasets
*Build excel based tools to visualize data and drive insights-driven decision-making
*Provide ad hoc analysis in response to business questions

* BA degree and 4 or more years of analytics/or finance experience OR
* Master's degree and 2 or more years of analytics/or finance experience
*3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, health care, and/or strategy consulting with specific experience and expertise in coverage, access and reimbursement drivers impacting the biopharmaceutical industry
*Experience with SAS/SQL/Spotfire *Must be able to code BIG Data
