Title: Research Manager (Innovation & Insights)

About the Role
An innovative insights-driven organization is seeking a Research Manager to lead end-to-end research projects focused on identifying trends, opportunities, and growth strategies across sectors such as CPG, tech, media, and retail. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and driving strategic outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple research projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

  • Analyze complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear, strategic recommendations.

  • Deliver high-quality reports and present insights in a compelling, client-ready format.

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing consultative guidance throughout engagements.

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Contribute to innovation by identifying emerging trends and supporting new product development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in insights, consulting, or innovation research.

  • Strong background in data analysis and the ability to craft engaging, insight-driven narratives.

  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record in managing projects and delivering actionable results.

  • Curiosity for emerging trends, cultural dynamics, and AI-driven innovation.
