Chicago area employer is seeking a versatile Marketing Analytics Analyst to tackle some of the analytics team's most pressing challenges. You will clean and organize existing data in the data marts, begin automating data feeds and reports, and analyze survey and media data. You will be involved in all aspects of consumer research to ensure statistical analysis of results will yield actionable insights. You will also produce segmentations to ensure relevant messaging to various customer groups. Use your experience in a marketing analytics team doing data organization, analysis and reporting in this important role.

Note: candidates with OPT, H1b and other visas will not be considered at this time.

Qualifications of the Marketing Analytics Analyst:

--Proficiency using Python and MS Access and Excel.
--Experience cleaning and consolidating consumer behavioral and survey data.
--Business experience measuring marketing ad campaigns for effectiveness.
--Experience conducting survey analysis and providing insights.
--Work experience creating and automating reports and dashboards.
--Ability to develop creative analytical solutions.
--Ability to produce regression analyses.
--Knowledge of SPSS or SAS.
--Ability to explain and present work in a manner that will produce "next actions".
