Respected company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to leverage data and advanced analytics to deliver on marketing and other business initiatives. You will work with business partners to identify and solve some of the company's most complex challenges. Use your expertise in marketing analytics to develop customer centric solutions that will also improve ROI. Some travel required.

Note: candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 years of full-time marketing analytics experience post academia to be considered.

Requirements of the Marketing Analytics Manager:

--Provide hands-on experience in building predictive models and producing marketing analysis.
--Drive marketing strategy that will impact the company's top and bottom lines.
--Use analysis to develop customer centric marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
--Improve existing acquisition and loyalty programs and provide strategic insights to improve results to future programs.
--Partner with IT to develop data structures and improve data quality.
--Develop and execute on the data and analytics roadmap.
--Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts/data scientists.
--Produce visualizations designed to summarize marketing KPI's.
--Use SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau and other tools for data mining, ad-hoc analysis and dashboards.

Qualifications of the Marketing Analytics Manager:

--Minimum 5 years of marketing analytics experience (post academia) in a business setting doing predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
--Business experience using SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau and other tools.
--Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in a marketing analytics setting.
--Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, predictive analytics, data science or other). Master's degree preferred.
--Ability to translate data and analysis into insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
--Superior project management and communication skills; proven ability to present work to technical and non-technical audiences.
--Some travel required.
