Medical Science Liaison - New York

In this role you will brief clients on the benefits of company products as well as providing scientific insights to the Medical Affairs internal team. You will be part of a field based team and interact with KOL's and consumers.
Provide KOL insights and observations to the medical affairs organization on a timely basis.
Develop relationships with thought leaders within the medical community and identify requests for investigator-initiated research.
Provide medical and scientific support through the dissemination of on-label educational, scientific, and clinical information on diseases and treatments.

Requirements
Advanced degree such as PhD, PharmD, OD, or MD required.
Background in Eye Care or Ophthalmology/Optometry experience preferred.
1-3 years of previous MSL experience required.
Must have experience working in a pharmaceutical setting.
Must be able to establish relationships with KOLs and key customers.
Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication.
Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge or regulatory requirements.
Local travel required.
