Job Description

Title- Director, Advanced Analytics- PHARMA

Location- Greater Boston, MA (hybrid)--local candidates preferred
Salary- $220-230k + bonus

My client, a growing Global Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking a "Director, Commercial/Advanced Analytics" professional!

 

Responsibilities

* Develop an analytic roadmap that aligns with the strategies for the business

*Your expertise will manage all analytics for business planning, forecasting, and reporting; understanding the patient journey; optimizing resource use; and developing predictive models and insight

* Create strategic insights and impactful solutions

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and foster partnerships

*strategic planning and hands-on analytics that will deliver advance methodologies to enable data-driven decisions,

 

 

Requirements

*BA required-- MA desired

*7+ years Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics

*Expertise with pharma data sets/ processes that include acquisition, governance, integration and statistical modeling. Exposure to M/L and AI is desired that supports omnichannel marketing

*Expert using advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI),

*Ability to manage vendors

*Strong influencing skills to present insights and recommendations effectively.
