Job Description

Title- Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Science
Location -Greater Chicago, IL  (2-3x week in office, relo provided)
Salary- $170-180k + bonus + LTI  (some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!)

My client , a GLOBAL BIG PHARMA Company is seeking  a “ Senior Manager, Commercial Data Science -PHARMA” Superstar!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop machine learning, AI, and data science capabilities to support commercial strategy
  • Identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate insights that drive business and patient outcomes
  • Build prototypes and data-driven demonstrations
  • Lead measurement and analytics of omnichannel initiatives and campaigns
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
  • Master’s + 4 years  Commercial Pharma experience, Bachelor’s + 6 years Commercial Pharma experience 
  • Experience in PHARMA  marketing analytics and campaign measurement
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and data management skills
  • Effective communicator with a passion for learning and innovation
  • Proficient in Python, R, or SAS, with experience in ML libraries and large datasets
