Job Description

Title- Assoc Director, Enterprise Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) /Staff AI/ML Engineer
Location- Greater Boston, MA (hybrid-2-3x week in office)
Salary - $170-180k + bonus + LTI

My client, a Mid-Size Global Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking an “Assoc Director, Enterprise Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) /Staff AI/ML Engineer” GURU!!

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in production-grade AI/ML engineering, cloud architecture, MLOps, and Generative AI frameworks, along with a passion for solving complex business challenges through innovation.

If you have –
*led wide scope projects and worked with technical teams  - send your resume
* worked in regulated domains- I would like to discuss with you
*excellent communication skills, can work independently  and is a critical thinker- you could be their next hire
*If you have a MS and 7 yrs of experience  in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics- that would be the BEST!
