Title- Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting & Insights-PHARMA
Salary-$150-190k + bonus + LTI (DOE)
Location- Greater Philadelphia (onsite 3x weekly)

Associate Director, Forecasting & Insights-PHARMA

This position plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making within the oncology sector. This individual will lead forecasting and market research initiatives to support commercial functions, including marketing, sales, and market access.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting:

  • Build and maintain forecasts for in-line and pipeline oncology products.
  • Collaborate with finance, commercial, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals.
  • Present insights to senior leadership, explaining methodologies and assumptions.

Market Insights & Research:

  • Manage primary and secondary research to inform business strategies.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product performance.
  • Support launch planning and execution for oncology indications.
  • Develop and manage tracking studies and KPIs for oncology products.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure insights drive business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in forecasting and market research in pharma/biotech, with oncology expertise.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
