Title- Senior Manager, Commercial/Secondary Analytics-PHARMA
Location- So.CA- Los Angeles Area -relo provided (hybrid- 3x week in office)
Salary- $165-175k + bonus + LTI

My client, a GLOBAL Pharma Company, is seeking a "Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics/Secondary Analytics" Professional!!

In this role you will lead the insight generation and support strategic decisions within the Business Unit. You will integrate multiple secondary data sources and partner with marketing, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and synthesize secondary data to inform business strategy and performance-must be hands on
  • Emerging subject matter expert in data, analytics, research, and dashboarding/reporting
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities, turning ambiguous challenges into strategic and tactical action plans
  • Effective at managing senior stakeholders and delivering against competing priorities
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Manage external vendors and ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve analytics tools, methodologies, and data capabilities
Qualifications:
  • MA Degree with 4 yrs Pharma Commercial Analytics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration
