Location- So. Cal (3x week in office-relo provided if needed)

Salary - $165-175k DOE + bonus + LTI ( some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!!)

My client, a well known Pharma Company, is seeking a "Senior Manager, Commercial Forecasting-Pharma" Professional!!

This is a highly visible, strategic role where your insights will shape the TA. You will partner with Senior Leadership to influence decisions. You will have responsibility for both the forecasts and strategy-- a seat at the table!

Your Function:

  • Serve as the primary forecasting partner to Brand Leads and Therapeutic Area leadership
  • Build and align on global (WW) forecasts for pipeline assets, driving cross-functional consensus
  • Identify and quantify key risks and opportunities to maximize commercial potential
  • Shape go/no-go investment decisions through market, competitive, and financial analysis
  • Apply advanced analytics (e.g., scenario planning, Monte Carlo simulation) to assess uncertainty
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence senior stakeholders
  • Integrate cross-functional perspectives to develop an objective view of brand strategy
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in forecasting processes

Requirements:

  • MA degree, 6+ yrs of experience in biopharma forecasting or analytics,
  • Expertise in patient-based modeling and large datasets (e.g., IQVIA)
  • Advanced quantitative and storytelling/communication skills
