As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will drive sales within your designated territory, surpassing quarterly objectives, and fostering valuable customer relationships. Your role involves executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, gathering market insights, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Objectives: Exceed quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to maximize business opportunities and market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support while gathering feedback to drive product development and innovation.
Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights to sales and marketing management, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare/hospital industry required.
Experience with aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery a plus.
Product launch experience preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
