Actuarial Summary:
Senior P&C actuarial consulting leader with expertise in reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, capital management, and risk analytics. This role combines technical actuarial leadership with business development, client relationship management, and practice growth responsibilities. Leading complex engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives, and corporate clients, the position delivers strategic insights while driving innovation through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Ideal candidates possess strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and a proven ability to develop client relationships, mentor teams, and expand consulting opportunities within the insurance marketplace.
Key Skills & Requirements
• ACAS or FCAS with 10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
• Expertise in reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and capital management
• Proven success leading large client engagements and executive-level relationships
• Strong business development experience with a track record of revenue growth
• Experience leveraging analytics, automation, and AI to enhance client solutions
