Job Description

Title: Product Director & Actuary (Health)
Location: Remote
Salary: 170,000-$200,000 + Bonus

Actuarial Summary:
As Product Director and Actuary, you will lead strategic product initiatives, collaborating with sales distribution channels to innovate customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities include planning and directing departmental activities, budgeting, staffing, training, performance appraisal, and ensuring compliance. You will investigate profit opportunities, develop actuarial assumptions, and assist in designing new products. Partner with sales to grow customer solutions, monitor experience loss ratios, and direct financial analysis for profitability. Provide actuarial support, assess risk, and comply with actuarial standards, supporting enterprise-wide risk management initiatives. FSA, w/ 8+ years of experience. actuarial modeling software (AXIS, ALFA, Prophet) preferred. DI, LTC, CI, Supplemental Health.
