Job Description

Title: Quantitative Research Analyst
Location: NYC or Minneapolis
Salary: $120-130,000 base

If you have a minimum of 4 years experience within primary research and are striving to get to an organization with upwards trajectory, work-life balance and a family first culture, this could be for you.

We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to focus in Media and Entertainment.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle project management
- Designing questionnaires, managing field, data processing/analysis, reporting
- Strong quantitative project involvement (survey design, tracking studies, max/diff, A&U, etc.)
- Mentoring junior level associates

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience with a primary research supplier, strong media preference
- Degree in social science or related field preferred
- Quantitative research and analysis experience (max/diff, claims testing, A&U, tracking & more)
- SPSS highly preferred, R a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
