Title: Quantitative Research Director
Location: Chicago, IL (on-site 3 days per week)
Compensation: $105-120k + discretionary bonus

We are looking for a Quantitative Research Director to lead the design and execution of strategic client engagements. This role blends analytical rigor with consultative storytelling, ensuring insights translate into business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, execution, and delivery of complex quantitative research projects.
  • Develop screeners, questionnaires, and analytical plans using both traditional and advanced techniques (segmentation, conjoint, etc.).
  • Oversee all phases of project execution—from survey design through data processing and reporting—ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Present insights with a strong narrative focus; deliver results in a clear, engaging, and strategic manner.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering development and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
  • Contribute to proposals, new business efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing research or consumer insights, with at least 4 years on the supplier/agency side.
  • Proven success managing large-scale custom quant projects independently.
  • Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
