The Role
We’re seeking a high-performing Seller–Doer to lead new business development, build executive relationships, and stay actively involved in delivering client value. This role combines hands-on prospecting, consultative selling, and post-sale strategic engagement.
Ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys owning the full commercial + client success lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Self-source and qualify new business opportunities across financial services
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery ? solution design ? proposal ? negotiation ? close
  • Partner with delivery, product, and research teams to shape client solutions
  • Support clients post-sale through onboarding, strategy discussions, and value realization
  • Build senior-level relationships (C-suite, Strategy, Insights, Product, Innovation)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM (Salesforce)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing market trends and insight-led recommendations

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–15+ years of enterprise or consultative sales experience
  • Strong background in financial services (banking, payments, fintech, insurance)
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and close complex deals
  • Experience selling or delivering research, data, analytics, or advisory solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Comfortable in a hybrid seller–doer role with both revenue and delivery responsibilities
