Position: Senior Actuarial Leader - USA
Location:  Remote
Salary: $170,000-180,000 + Bonus

Actuarial Summary:
Senior sales leader driving U.S. growth for a global actuarial software and consulting platform, focused on complex, enterprise insurance and financial services clients. The role partners directly with the CEO and global executive leadership on high-impact, cross-border opportunities and strategic alliances, while owning the full enterprise sales lifecycle. Requires deep actuarial and regulatory expertise, executive-level relationship management, and the ability to translate complex frameworks into clear business value. FSA credentials and a strong B2B consulting sales track record are required.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
·  Lead U.S. market expansion through enterprise client acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell
·  Drive complex consulting and software sales to large insurers and financial institutions
·  Partner directly with the CEO and global executives on strategic clients and alliances
·  Own end-to-end sales lifecycle, including solution design, negotiation, and contracts
·  Translate advanced actuarial topics (US GAAP, LDTI, IFRS 17, VM-22, ALM) into business value
·  FSA required; 10+ years actuarial consulting, insurance software, or risk management experience
