Position: Senior Actuary - VBC 
Location:  Remote
Salary: $150,000-200,000 + Bonus

Actuarial Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ASA or FSA to serve as the Financial Reporting Lead, responsible for overseeing all end-of-month (EOM) financial reporting activities. This role is a high-impact, individual contributor position that collaborates closely with the Chief Actuary and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of MSSP and/or ACO REACH programs—particularly High Needs populations—and experience with value-based care (VBC) financials. You will also work directly with our actuarial shared savings adjudication vendor, to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a core function in a dynamic actuarial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EOM close process for financial reporting in partnership with the Chief Actuary and actuarial leadership.
  • Serve as the primary actuarial liaison for shared savings adjudication and reporting.
  • Apply expert knowledge of MSSP and/or ACO REACH models, with preference for High Needs program experience.
  • Leverage experience in value-based care and shared savings frameworks to guide financial insights.
  • Bring consulting experience to drive strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
