Additionally, through a partnership with the Relations Management team, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for devising strategies necessary to support fulfillment initiatives across the network while maintaining a keen focus on how these initiatives can impact Fulfillment Capacity, Order Distribution, Performance, Product Performance, Hard good Penetration, Payouts, Consumer Credits and much more.
In order to accomplish these tasks, the candidate is required to be proficient in the development of SAS queries and the various database tables that store the elements to be queried and calculated. Query development (i.e. "coding") is required daily.
The Sr. Analyst is also responsible for identifying trends, issues or abnormalities in the data and escalating to the attention of leadership. Primary areas of focus include: fulfillment performance, customer satisfaction metrics (CSIs), codified product penetration, product sell-through, inventory levels, product issues, fulfillment workload/queue metrics, and much more.
Senior Analyst ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Production of analyses and reports (including the writing of queries) required to run the company's fulfillment operations. 90%
2. Partnership with Relations Management team on fulfillment initiatives. 10%
Senior Analyst Requirements:
-College Degree in quantitative field required (mathematics/systems/business/engineering).
-SAS Programming Proficiency
-Snowflake Programming Proficiency
-ANSI SQL Proficiency
-Must have a very high degree of analytical, mathematical and empirical problem-solving skills.
-Must be skilled in data management, analytics and reporting.
-Proficiency with developing reports and analyses using SAS, Snowflake and Tableau is a must.
