Job Description

Position:  Senior Consulting Actuary (Health) 
Location:  Remote
Salary: $250,000-350,000 Total Compensation  

Actuarial Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Consulting Health Actuary specializing in employee benefits to lead client engagements, develop innovative healthcare strategies, and provide actuarial expertise on plan design, pricing, and risk management. Responsibilities include financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and advising clients on cost-saving solutions. Requires strong communication skills, leadership experience, and ASA/FSA designation. Ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about optimizing employee benefit programs and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of actuarial experience in health consulting, employee benefits, or insurance.
  • FSA or ASA designation with deep expertise in healthcare actuarial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of medical stop loss, self-funded plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, plan pricing, and trend analysis to optimize employer-sponsored benefits.
  • Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, including ACA, ERISA, and other healthcare laws.
  • Proven leadership and client management skills with the ability to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
