Title- Senior Director, Data Science COE Leader PHARMA
Required- 8+ yrs. Pharma/Biotech leadership & hands on solutions
Salary -$235-275k+ 25% bonus + LTI (Depends on experience)
Location- Metro Boston (hybrid- 3x week in office) -Relo provided

Mt client , a mid size GLOBAL Pharma Company, is seeking a Senior Director to lead their CoE across their entire company.
You'll manage an internal data science team and external partners to:
* Identify pivotal business needs solvable by data science.
* Define methodologies, platforms, and data governance.
* Align on project scope, resources, and delivery.
* Implement and measure solution effectiveness.

You will also, drive their Enterprise Data Science CoE roadmap by:
* Crafting CoE vision, key capabilities, resources, and governance.
* Structuring project evaluation frameworks.
* Collaborating with Analytics functions.

This position reports to the VP of Commercial Data, Analytics & Insights, responsibilities include:
* Championing data science adoption for improved decision-making.
* Overseeing internal teams and external partners.
* Advancing data science capabilities, including Generative AI.
* Collaborating on targeted solutions.
* Contributing to enterprise-level data strategies.

Requirements-
*5-8+ years in pharma/biotech data science being both hands on with the data and has proven leadership experience
**Advanced degree in quantitative discipline is highly desired
**Strong track record of data science solution development
**Python/SQL proficiency
**Team management and vendor oversight.
**Strategic thinker and innovator
