Position: Senior Health Actuary

Actuarial Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Health Actuary to provide strategic leadership across healthcare finance, actuarial analytics, and value-based care initiatives. This individual will partner with executive leadership to drive financial performance, support enterprise decision-making, and develop innovative strategies across the insurance landscape. The ideal candidate combines deep actuarial expertise with strong business acumen, translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve profitability, optimize risk, and support long-term organizational growth.
Skills & Requirements
- FSA or ASA with 15+ years of progressive health actuarial and healthcare finance experience.
- Expertise in Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid, and or value-based care financial strategies.
- Strong background in forecasting, financial planning, pricing, reserving, and enterprise performance management.
- Experience advising executive leadership on strategic initiatives, risk management, and business growth.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar healthcare analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
