Title: Senior Healthcare Actuary
Compensation: $200,000-$225,000 (Base + Bonus)
Location: Remote

Actuarial Summary:
As a Senior Consultant, your role involves spearheading client projects and fostering relationships that offer H&W clients a fresh outlook through all-encompassing solutions. These services encompass a wide array of subjects, spanning from plan design, compliance, and reporting services to vendor management and selection, strategy development, pricing, employee contribution settings, and even solutions related to retiree health care.

Actuarial Role & Qualifications:
-Guide and deliver analyses and recommendations in pivotal client connections, backed by a supporting team
-Take charge of developing both long- and short-term strategies for employee health and welfare benefits for clients
-Ability to independently lead clients ranging in size from 20,000-40,000 lives
-ASA/ FSA highly desirable with a proven track record for success
-10+ years working in a Benefits Consulting role within a top firm
