Responsibilities:
-Lead studies and projects across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring that the statistical aspects of clinical activities meet required standards.
-Supervise the work of Statisticians.
-Support strategy development, defend statistical approaches and collaborate with project teams.
-Plan and execute statistical contributions to protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).
-Provide input for clinical publication, regulatory filing documents and process improvements.
-Perform statistical analysis of studies and develop recommendations
-Provide statistical expertise in clinical development, reimbursement, and medical affairs.
-Implement standards and technical quality in strategy, study design and statistical analysis.

Requirements:
-Degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. Masters/PHD preferred.
-5+ years of statistical experience in a pharma, biotech, or CRO.
-Experience with Oncology drug development a plus.
-Experience with life cycle drug development, statistical analysis, and regulatory guidelines.
-Experience leading projects and providing statistical leadership to regulatory and submissions.
