Title- Senior Manager, Commercial Data Analytics- PHARMA
Location- Chicago Land -relo provided  (hybrid- 2-3 x week in office)
Salary - $165k-175k + bonus

My client, a Global Pharma Company, is seeking a “Senior Manager, Commercial PHARMA Data Analytics” Professional!

In this role, you will deliver high-impact analytics and insights to the leadership team, leveraging diverse data sources (claims, specialty pharmacy, demand, EMR, and HCP-level prescribing data) to inform strategic decisions.
You will synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, enabling an integrated view of brand performance and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities:
*Developing and executing advanced analytics,
*Supporting critical business activities (Quarterly Business Reviews, forecasting, business cases, and sales meetings),
*Translating brand strategy into measurable performance metrics.
*Ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance, pricing) and collaborate closely with Data Science, Forecasting, teams to ensure alignment and innovation in analytic approaches.
*Managing external vendors, optimizing data sources, and enhancing team capabilities through new tools and best practices.

Qualifications:
*MA with 4+ years Commercial Pharma
*Strong knowledge and experience using data sources (IQVIA, EMR, claims), SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire), with a proven ability to influence strategic decisions in a cross-functional environment.
*Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills required.
