Job Description

Title: Senior Manager Global Insights
Location: Los Angeles, CA Area
Compensation: $140-180k + bonus, LTI & relocation

Hybrid, in office three days per week

Interested in working for a Global Biotechnology company located in sunny SoCal? We are on the hunt for a Primary Research Senior Manager who has experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver HCP & Patient insights across therapy areas
- Lead vendor relationships
- Guide complex primary market research projects and insight generation plans
- Lead both qualitative and quantitative primary research
- Communicate and manage relationships with cross-functional partners
- Leverage secondary and analytics to inform decision making


What makes you qualified:
- Doctorate Degree+2 years OR Master's Degree + 3 years OR Bachelor's Degree + 6 years
- Primary market research experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology field REQUIRED
- Experience in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to live in Southern California, able to be in office 3 days a week
