Well known company is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to use data and advanced statistical techniques to solve complex marketing challenges. In this leadership role, you will manage and coach a team of data scientists in marketing analytics initiatives to reach new customers as well as measure and improve loyalty programs. Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Data Science:
--Provide strategic leadership on acquisition and loyalty marketing initiatives.
--Translate marketing initiatives into clear analytical frameworks for team members.
--Mentor team on campaign analysis, customer segmentation studies, loyalty initiatives and more.
--Track progress to ensure team goals are met.
--Partner with the modeling team to provide upstream and downstream market analysis, market insights and actionable recommendations.
--Present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements of the Senior Manager of Data Science:
--Minimum 7-8 years of business experience in marketing analytics, data science, credit risk or similar.
--Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing and coaching a marketing analytics team.
--Proficiency using SQL, Snowflake and Python or R.
--Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, analytics or other).
--Experience translating company goals into marketing analysis initiatives.
--Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
--Experience in financial services preferred.
