The Senior Vice President, Analytics will be a member of R&A leadership team and report into the Regional Sales Head / Horizontal sales Head with a dotted line to the R&A Business Unit Head.

Senior Vice President, Analytics Job Requirements:

-Individual will have overall responsibility of delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities at these prospects, creating pilots or diagnostics and closing contracts.
-Building analytics sales strategy for the vertical in geography (for eg. US) and running the sales process accordingly.
-Be responsible for growing the business by winning new deals and achieve yearly growth targets
-Be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies, at C-levels
-Target specific corporate customers, provide leadership to sales organization in developing strategic account level business relationships, and helps develop and execute corporate client level marketing and selling strategies
-Demonstrate creativity and innovation in cross-functional selling with expertise to consultatively sell analytics and showcase business outcomes to clients
-Refining client segments with in the vertical
-Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology with all internal functions like marketing, delivery teams, finance, legal, etc.
-Developing new accounts and opening avenues for new opportunities using personal rolodex and company lead generation engines (website, lead generation unit), direct mailers, etc.
-Sensitizing the management on the latest trends in analytics and ideating on developing new businesses, products or service lines
-Leading responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs for clients
-Conducting diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies along with experts
-Managing clients visits and accompanying them to offshore/ near shore delivery centers as and
when required
-Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, sales costs and results
-Develop, manage and syndicate sales budgets
-Managing ongoing client relationships through steering committee reviews, etc.
-Ensure seamless transition of sold accounts to program management team.
-Operate as a practice leader providing thought leadership for the industries under coverage
-Help clients transition from a business problem to an analytical problem and help provide leadership to Proof of Value, Proof of Concepts, and Pilot project delivery
-Help clients understand the value of analytics and provide consulting and transformation advise for them to embark on their analytical journey or help provide services if the clients are already on that journey
-On a case to case basis, help manage a portfolio of accounts, in terms of relationships, client coverage and help grow those accounts.
