Title: Sr. Actuarial Analyst- Health
Salary: Up to $120,000 total comp
Location: New York City

Our client is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join a very successful Health Consulting practice. This role will offer a wide variety of project work that spans the contracting, reserving, pricing, and financial modeling of a full array of value-based care programs, for both providers and insurers. You can expect exposure to all facets of provider and health insurance company operations.

Actuarial Summary:
-Cross functional contact with various internal teams
-Provide financial analysis on complex projects including contract reviews, financial modeling, fee schedule development, performance benchmarking, network analysis, and pricing
-Key areas of focus will include pricing and financial modeling tools and software for provider risk-taking clients

Actuarial Requirements
-3+ years of experience in health care pricing, analytics, or financial management
-Experience with provider risk contracts and ACO development is a plus
-Strong analytical and integrative skills including the ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical, systematic way
-Advanced Excel, SAS, SQL programming skills a plus
-Strong progress towards ASA and/or FSA credential
