Title- Senior Director, Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Strategy
Location -Central New Jersey Area (hybrid 2x week in office)
Salary -$260-290k + bonus + LTI

My client, a GLOBAL Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking a " Senior Director, Advanced Analytics, Data Science & Strategy" Professional!!

This is a Leadership position that is responsible for driving the Commercial Analytics team.

Responsibilities-
*Set and drive the data strategy
*Head the advanced analytics initiatives and capabilities
*Lead and develop diverse team across all business units
*Establish Data governance policies

Requirements-
*Advance degree in Quant discipline
*15+ years in Pharma supporting commercial data science, advanced analytics and strategy analytics
*Outstanding and proven leadership, strategic acumen, and communication skills
* Must be very knowledgeable of SAS, Python and/or R- did coding in your past life
*lead and design data systems
