Consumer goods company is seeking a hands-on Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics and Reporting to help build a company database, provide market analysis and insights and help set future strategy for consumer marketing programs. Use your leadership experience in a CPG or durables marketing analytics and business intelligence setting to: 1. develop the database 2. set up dashboards to provide relevant sales and marketing metrics to leaders and 3. develop advanced market analyses. Your work will lead directly to improvements in customer experience and company ROI.

Qualifications of the Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
--Work with IT to build the company database of transactional and customer touchpoint data to inform marketing decisions.
--Develop market analysis and dashboards that will drive future strategy.
--Bring innovative analytical tools and capabilities to the business.
--Help the business prioritize data and analysis needs.
--Manage a small marketing analytics team.

Requirements of the Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
--Business based experience using programming languages (i.e.. SPSS, R, SAS, SQL, Google Analytics) to test and measure marketing programs.
--Experience using visualization tools (i.e. Tableau or PowerBI) to build powerful dashboards.
--Minimum bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, business analytics, statistics etc.). Master's degree preferred.
--Marketing analytics experience doing data mining and building customer segmentations.
--Entrepreneurial mindset - prior experience building analytics and reporting capabilities from scratch.
--Minimum 5 years of business based experience in a marketing analytics and business intelligence environment in a CPG or durables domain.
--Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to create and lead marketing analytics initiatives.
--Prior team leadership experience in a marketing analytics environment.
