Title- Sr. Manager, Secondary Analytics-PHARMA
Salary- $150-167k+ bonus + LTI (maybe some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!)

My client, Global BIG Pharma company, is seeking a "Senior Manager, Secondary Analytics" Professional!!
You will be leading the insights generation by integrating secondary data sources that will drive brand performance. Must be able to present the findings to Senior Leadership/ Stakeholders

Responsibilities
*Provide senior leadership with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management
*Lead the production and interpretation of data for standard reports (e.g., weekly important metric dashboard, monthly tracking, etc.)
*Demonstrate ownership of relevant general medicine data sets, encouraging confidence in the data through a clear understanding of data collection methods, business rules and caveats
* Ability to be hands-on to uncover and transform insights to commercial actions, by analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating various secondary data
*Be well-versed and developing SME in data, analytics, research, and/or dash boarding & reporting approach

Requirements
*BA degree with 6+ yrs. of Pharma Analytical experience, advanced degree is desired
*expertise in Oncology TA is desired
*Need to have experience with IQVIA DDData, Payer/Prescriber Data, SP Data, and Anomaly detection data
*Experience in managing several leadership stakeholders and deliver on competing priorities
*Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes
