The Sr. Manager Data Science will analyze large sets of data to increase customer engagement and increase company profitability. The Sr. Manager of Data Science will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of analytical solutions leveraging large scale data analysis, Statistical modeling, optimization and forecasting techniques. The individual should also be well versed and experienced in the use of Machine Learning techniques such as Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting, Random Forecasting and Channel Attribution. The Sr. Manager Data Science will also be expected to build strategies, design experiments and evaluate and suggest new tools and advanced analytical techniques. The selected candidate should act as a thought leader to adopt new analytical capabilities and to continually advance the use of big data platforms and techniques throughout the enterprise.

Requirements for Sr. Manager Data Science Include:
- Master's Degree in a Quantitative Discipline (i.e. - Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, etc) Ph.D. highly preferred
- Five (5) or more years of professional based experience within statistical analysis/machine learning in Financial Services, Marketing, E-Commerce or consulting environment
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau
- Very strong modeling experience within model development, validation, and implementation
- Excellent proficiency with techniques such as Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, decision tree algorithms and more
- Financial services experience is a huge plus!
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
