The Role
Our client is seeking a commercially minded insights leader to help expand and deepen relationships across the financial services sector. This role focuses on consultative client engagement, strategic account growth, and identifying opportunities where research and advisory solutions can drive meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Engagement

Develop and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services organizations including strategy, insights, product, and innovation leaders

Partner with clients to understand key business challenges and translate them into impactful research and advisory engagements

Serve as a strategic thought partner by bringing forward industry trends, market intelligence, and insight-led perspectives
Account Development & Commercial Growth

Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through new research programs, advisory work, and strategic initiatives

Work collaboratively with internal research and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with client objectives

Contribute to the growth of existing accounts while selectively developing new relationships within the financial services ecosystem
Insight-Led Solution Development

Collaborate with research, analytics, and product teams to design programs that address complex client questions

Help guide clients through research findings and ensure insights translate into practical business actions

Support clients in realizing long-term value from insights engagements
Commercial Visibility & Collaboration

Maintain clear visibility into client opportunities and relationship development through CRM tools (Salesforce)

Partner closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from engagement through execution
Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or client leadership role within insights, research, analytics, or advisory environments

Strong familiarity with the financial services ecosystem including banking, fintech, payments, or insurance

Proven ability to grow strategic client relationships and uncover opportunities for expanded engagement

Experience working with research, data, or analytics-driven solutions

Strong communication skills and executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders
